The problem turned into a pleasure
On one occasion, the Karhumaas had booked a family apartment at Spot Apartments as a stopover on their return from abroad. Unfortunately, when the Karhumaa family arrived at the apartment in the early hours of the night, they noticed that the apartment was uncleaned from the previous occupant. They called customer services and were offered a change of apartment or to wait for a cleaner to come. They chose a cleaner.
Within moments, they had a bright and energetic cleaner in the apartment, and it wasn’t long before the place was thoroughly cleaned for them. In addition to apologising profusely and being treated nicely, the cleaner gave the family’s children chocolate candies to soothe their anger.
The Karhumaa family was delighted for a long time after the visit of the friendly and energetic cleaner, as Spot’s speed and efficiency were in a class of their own that evening.
