Are there security systems in the dwellings, such as smoke detectors or security locks?

Your safety is of paramount importance to us. All our furnished apartments have smoke alarms, and most also have security locks. Some apartments also have security systems and guards.

What should I do if I encounter a technical problem in the apartment (e.g. internet not working)?

If you encounter technical problems with your home, please contact our customer service. We’ll help you solve the problem as quickly as possible.

Do the apartments have air conditioning or heating?

All our apartments have central heating, and many are also equipped with air conditioning. You can check the equipment of the apartment at the booking stage or by contacting our customer service.

How do I get the keys to the apartment?

Most of our apartments have code locks, and we will send you the door code by SMS and email on the day of your arrival.

Do your furnished apartments have laundry facilities?
