Tarja Tiikanen from Helsinki sits down for lunch at the new VALO Hotel & Work. Over a tasty lunch, Tarja talks about her experience of staying in a furnished apartment at Spot Apartments.
About six months ago, the Tiikainen family had a water damage in their home in Puistola.
“My husband and I were doing some motorbike shopping when my son called to say that there was water leaking from the upstairs toilet in our house. We immediately went to check it out and water was leaking downstairs into the kitchen and living room,” says Tarja.
“We needed a temporary home very quickly and the one offered by the insurance company didn’t quite meet our expectations. My husband then spotted Spot Apartments online and we put in a request for an offer.”

“We found a suitable triangle in Tikkurila in Oksanmäki. The apartment was new and very nice! It was also great that there were parking spaces for our two cars in the building’s yard.”
At the same time, the company Tarja was working for had also moved to telecommuting, so Spot Apartments’ apartment became her new temporary office.
“The apartment had a very good internet connection and was quiet, so it was nice to work. Otherwise, the service at Spot Apartments was good whenever I needed it. With Mikko, everything was handled nicely and smoothly. He called me every now and then to see how everything was going and if everything was ok. I got the feeling that the customer is cared for. Everything went perfectly!”
